Workout details…

  • 1 Leg Burpees:  Burpees using right leg only.  Switch to left leg for second set.
  • Push & Climb Burpees:  While in plank position of burpee, do 2 push ups and 8 mountain climbers before coming up to standing.
  • KB Swings with Burpees:  2 kettlebell  swings in between each burpee.
  • Lunge Jump Burpees:  4 alternating lunge jumps between each burpee.
  • Step Up Burpees:  Jump or Step up on a bench between each burpee. (anything elevated works)
