Workout details…
- 1 Leg Burpees: Burpees using right leg only. Switch to left leg for second set.
- Push & Climb Burpees: While in plank position of burpee, do 2 push ups and 8 mountain climbers before coming up to standing.
- KB Swings with Burpees: 2 kettlebell swings in between each burpee.
- Lunge Jump Burpees: 4 alternating lunge jumps between each burpee.
- Step Up Burpees: Jump or Step up on a bench between each burpee. (anything elevated works)
